It looked really nice in the photos, so I was a little disappointed when it showed up. The overall look is okay, but the finish just feels kind of rushed. Some of the edges weren’t very clean, and a few small details were off enough that I noticed right away. I also didn’t love having to spend extra time messing with it and figuring out if it was worth keeping. It’s not awful, but for the price, I expected it to be better right out of the box

It fits really comfortably, not too tight and not loose either. Happy with it overall, and you definitely feel relieved when there’s no need to send it back for resizing. I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a few things from Marho & Co, the quality was kind of all over the place.

One piece looked close to the photos and actually felt nice, but another one had loose stitching and the fabric was thinner than I expected. It’s not unusable or anything, but for the price, I was hoping for better.
Shipping and packaging were fine, so no complaints there. I did reach out about the stitching, but the reply felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, which was more annoying than helpful. I’d maybe order again during a sale, but I’d definitely be more careful about what I pick next time.

They got back to me fast and actually answered what I was asking, and even though one reply took a little longer than the others, everything still felt smooth and I didn’t feel like I was being ignored, so overall I’d say the communication was solid and they were helpful.

I've ordered from them twice now, and both times the parcels showed up when they said they would, so I'm assuming that's usually how they run things. The tracking wasn't super detailed, but it gave me enough to know what was going on. One of the boxes had a small dent, which makes me think handling can be a bit hit or miss, but everything inside was fine. I'd probably use them again, though I do wish they got things dispatched a little faster

I got this from Marho & Co a while ago and it’s been totally fine. The metal feels strong, hasn’t bent, and I haven’t noticed any fading. Most of the time, stuff like this either holds up or falls apart quickly, and this one seems like the kind that just lasts. Happy with it overall
